THURSDAY 11 JUNE
For one night only, Tyler Preston of Longtime Bali lands in Noosa, stepping into the Light Years kitchen for a full takeover.
Expect a generous, share-style menu where bold Thai and South-East Asian flavours meet fresh coastal produce and contemporary technique. Fragrant curries, punchy salads, smoky grilled meats, and delicate bites that balance sweet, sour, salt and spice.
It’s vibrant, abundant, and made to be shared.

In partnership with Stone & Wood, we’ll be closing out the festival with the iconic Sundowner Party, bringing the flavour and energy Light Years is known for into one final send-off.
