PINOT PARTY!

This April, our esteemed friends from the Hunter Valley’s Hungerford Hill Wines are packing their bags (full of wine, of course) and heading to Darby Street in celebration of all things pinot.

Led by Head Winemaker, Bryan Currie, the event will showcase five of Hungerford Hill’s most beautiful drops in a long lavish Light Years lunch accompanied by relaxed disco tunes.

Known for their unique blends, Hungerford Hill is a boutique estate crafting distinguished wines that are both regional and authentic. Every sip unveils a story of NSW's finest regions; from the crisp, cool-climate elegance of Tumbarumba to the bold, robust character of Hilltops.

A journey for both wine lovers and newcomers alike, diners will find themselves immersed in a sensory experience that goes beyond the palate as they learn about the intricate art of winemaking and the distinct characteristics of each varietal.

In the glass: Think award-winning Pinot! The Meunier earned gold and 95 points from the Halliday Wine Companion. Also taking podium places at state and national wine awards: the Grigio and Gris! Sparkling to single-vineyard this will be a showcase of the delightful diversity of the grape in all its styles and shapes (or in this case, colours!)

On the plate: a one-off banquet menu of Light Years dishes designed to share and savour!

Availability is limited and tickets are essential.

Please note, this is a set-menu. Dietary requirements may be accommodated for with advanced notice. Please contact the restaurant to confirm your requirements.
